These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the DONGERDI website, online store, products, content, and related services.

By visiting the website, creating an account, submitting an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced in them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your place of residence to place an order.

By using the website, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Store Availability

DONGERDI may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website or online store at any time.

DONGERDI does not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

3. Product Information

DONGERDI makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, compatibility information, prices, and availability information.

Minor errors, omissions, packaging variations, color differences, or specification updates may occur. DONGERDI may correct inaccurate information at any time.

If a material error affects an order, DONGERDI may contact the customer, offer a corrected order, or cancel and refund the affected item.

4. Product Compatibility and Proper Use

DONGERDI products may be designed as compatible replacement accessories for specified devices.

Before purchasing or using a charger, adapter, cable, connector, or other electrical product, the customer must verify:

- Device brand and model
- Required input voltage
- Required output voltage
- Required current
- Required wattage
- Connector type and size
- Polarity, where applicable
- Any manufacturer-specific compatibility requirements

A reference to a device brand, model, or part number does not guarantee compatibility where the customer’s device has been modified, repaired, regionally varied, or produced with different specifications.

Products must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with all product instructions and safety warnings.

DONGERDI is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, incorrect voltage, incompatible equipment, improper installation, liquid exposure, physical damage, or failure to follow instructions, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Third-Party Brand References

References to third-party trademarks, brands, models, or part numbers are used solely to identify compatibility.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, DONGERDI products are not original products manufactured by those third-party brands, and DONGERDI is not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by them.

All third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Orders

An order is an offer to purchase products under these Terms. Receipt of an order-confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted or shipped.

DONGERDI may reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

- Product unavailability
- Pricing or description errors
- Payment failure
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
- Violation of purchase limits
- Unsupported shipping addresses
- Suspected resale, misuse, or unlawful activity

If DONGERDI cancels a paid order, the amount charged for the canceled item will be refunded to the original payment method.

7. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and may change without notice.

The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Applicable sales tax, shipping charges, discounts, and other charges will be displayed at checkout where required.

Customers represent that they are authorized to use the payment method submitted with an order.

Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers and may be subject to their terms and privacy policies.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped in accordance with the DONGERDI Shipping Policy.

DONGERDI ships only to the 48 contiguous United States and does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Washington, D.C., U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, military or diplomatic addresses, or international addresses.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

Returns, refunds, cancellations, replacements, and warranty claims are governed by the DONGERDI Refund Policy.

The Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

10. Account Responsibilities

Where customer accounts are available, customers are responsible for:

- Providing accurate account information
- Keeping login credentials confidential
- Restricting access to their devices and accounts
- Promptly notifying DONGERDI of suspected unauthorized access

DONGERDI may suspend or close accounts reasonably believed to be involved in fraud, abuse, security threats, or violations of these Terms.

11. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content, you represent that:

- You own the content or have permission to submit it
- The content is accurate and based on genuine experience
- The content does not violate another person’s rights
- The content is not unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or misleading
- The content does not contain malware, advertising spam, or confidential information

You grant DONGERDI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and publish submitted content for operating, promoting, and improving the website and products, subject to applicable privacy law.

DONGERDI may remove content that violates these Terms but is not obligated to monitor all user content.

12. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the website or products to:

- Violate applicable law
- Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights
- Submit false or misleading information
- Engage in fraud or unauthorized payment activity
- Introduce malware or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
- Scrape, copy, or extract website content for unauthorized commercial use
- Interfere with website security or operation
- Impersonate another person or organization
- Purchase products for illegal, unsafe, or prohibited purposes

DONGERDI may restrict access or cancel orders associated with prohibited conduct.

13. Intellectual Property

The DONGERDI name, logos, product images, website graphics, text, videos, manuals, and other original content are owned by or licensed to DONGERDI and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No license is granted except the limited right to use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including payment providers, shipping carriers, social networks, and analytics providers.

DONGERDI does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, services, terms, privacy practices, security, or availability.

Use of third-party services is at the customer’s discretion and may be governed by separate third-party terms.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and website content are provided on an “as available” basis.

DONGERDI does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for every individual purpose.

Product warranties are limited to the express warranty terms stated in the Refund Policy or included with the applicable product.

This section does not exclude implied warranties or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DONGERDI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the website, an order, or a product, including loss of profits, data, business opportunity, or use.

Where liability cannot be excluded but may lawfully be limited, DONGERDI’s aggregate liability relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other legally non-excludable matters.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations, so some provisions may not apply to you.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify DONGERDI against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising directly from your unlawful use of the website, material violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.

This provision does not require you to indemnify DONGERDI for DONGERDI’s own negligence, unlawful conduct, or breach of these Terms.

18. Events Outside Reasonable Control

DONGERDI is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, epidemic, war, civil unrest, government action, customs disruption, labor disputes, transportation disruption, carrier failure, utility failure, or internet-service interruption.

This provision does not affect obligations relating to refunds for merchandise that is not shipped where a refund is required by law.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

However, this choice of law does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections available under the non-waivable laws of the consumer’s state of residence.

The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, subject to any consumer rights to bring a claim in another legally permitted forum.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain effective.

21. No Waiver

Failure by DONGERDI to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.

22. Assignment

Customers may not assign their rights or obligations under these Terms without written permission from DONGERDI.

DONGERDI may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, restructuring, financing, sale of assets, or transfer of business operations, subject to applicable law.

23. Changes to These Terms

DONGERDI may update these Terms from time to time.

The revised Terms will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.

24. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Legal Notice, and any product-specific terms displayed at checkout, constitute the agreement between the customer and DONGERDI concerning use of the website and purchases from the store.
