1. Eligibility and Website Use
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your place of residence to place an order through this website.

3. Compatibility and Customer Responsibility
DONGERDI sells independently manufactured replacement chargers, power adapters and charging accessories compatible with selected electronic devices.
Before purchasing, you are responsible for checking:
Device brand and model number
Required output voltage
Required output current and wattage
Connector size, shape and polarity
Original adapter model or part number
Any compatibility notes or exclusions shown on the product page
A similar-looking connector does not necessarily mean that a charger is compatible. Do not use a product if its voltage, connector, polarity or other specifications do not match your device requirements.
If you are uncertain about compatibility, please contact us before purchasing and provide your device model and original adapter specifications.
4. Third-Party Trademarks
All third-party trademarks, brand names, model names and product names—including, without limitation, HP, Lenovo, Dell, ASUS, Acer and MSI—belong to their respective owners.
DONGERDI is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by or endorsed by these companies unless expressly stated otherwise.
References to third-party brands, models and part numbers are used solely to identify product compatibility. DONGERDI products are independently manufactured compatible accessories and are not original products manufactured or sold by the referenced brands.
5. Product Use and Safety
Products must be used in accordance with their labels, specifications, instructions and intended purpose.
You must not:
Use a charger with an incompatible device
Modify, open, disassemble or repair the product
Use a damaged cable, connector or housing
Expose the product to water, excessive moisture or extreme heat
Block ventilation or cover the charger while it is operating
Use the product contrary to applicable safety instructions
Stop using the product immediately if you notice unusual heat, odor, sound, physical damage or unstable operation. Disconnect it safely and contact us for assistance.
6. Prices and Payments
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and may change without notice.
Applicable shipping fees, taxes and other charges will be displayed during checkout when required. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and payment information.
Payment is processed through Shopify and available third-party payment providers. Your use of those payment services may also be governed by the provider’s separate terms and privacy policies.
7. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when we confirm and process it for fulfillment.
We may refuse, limit or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
Product unavailability
Incorrect pricing or product information
Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
Shipping restrictions
Unusually large or reseller-related quantities
Violation of these Terms
If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider’s processing time.
8. Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will attempt to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after processing has begun.
An order cannot normally be cancelled after shipment. Once shipped, it will be handled under our Return and Refund Policy.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Processing times, shipping destinations, estimated delivery times, tracking and shipping restrictions are described in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will handle the delay or cancellation according to applicable law.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs or delivery failures caused by incorrect information may be your responsibility, except where prohibited by law.
10. Returns, Refunds and Warranty
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Product warranty claims are governed by our Warranty Policy.
These policies form part of these Terms of Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
11. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions, including expiration dates, eligible products, minimum purchase requirements and usage limits.
Unless otherwise stated:
Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash
Only one discount code may be used per order
Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively
Promotions may be modified or withdrawn before an order is placed

The DONGERDI name, logo, website design, original text, graphics, photographs, videos and other original content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and use the website for personal shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
This provision does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks or other materials belonging to their respective owners.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold DONGERDI harmless from claims, losses or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms or infringement of another party’s rights.
This section does not apply where the claim was caused by our own unlawful conduct, negligence or breach of duty.

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the website, you acknowledge that your information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers necessary to operate the store, process payments and fulfill orders.
