Thank you for shopping with DONGERDI. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing, shipping destinations, estimated delivery times and other important shipping information.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous United States.
We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, other U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or international destinations.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is generally 7–15 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, severe weather, peak shopping periods, carrier disruptions, incorrect delivery information or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Any free-shipping promotion will be subject to the terms shown on our website at the time of purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing the available tracking information. Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after the package has been dispatched.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please check your address carefully before submitting an order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
DONGERDI is not responsible for delivery failures, losses or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Customs and Import Charges
Some orders may be shipped from outside the United States. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, applicable shipping arrangements will be handled according to the method selected for the order.
If any customs duties, import taxes or other government charges become payable, responsibility will be determined by the terms shown at checkout and applicable law. Customers will be notified when additional action is required.
Delayed Packages
If tracking information has not updated for an extended period or your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us with your order number.
We will assist in contacting the carrier and investigating the shipment. Carrier investigations may require additional processing time.
Lost Packages
If a package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, please contact us. After reviewing the order and tracking information, we may arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier that are lost or stolen after delivery. However, we will make reasonable efforts to help customers contact the carrier and review the delivery information.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please retain the packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please provide:
Your order number
Photographs of the shipping package
Photographs of the damaged product
A brief description of the issue
We will review the information and provide an appropriate solution.
Multiple Shipments
Products from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number, and the packages may arrive on different dates.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will attempt to accommodate your request, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing has begun.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for further assistance.
