Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with DONGERDI. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains the conditions and procedures for returns, refunds, exchanges and defective products.
1. Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must generally be:
In its original condition
Free from damage caused by misuse or improper installation
Returned with its included cables, connectors, accessories and documentation
Accompanied by proof of purchase or an order number
The original packaging is preferred but is not strictly required if the product can be returned safely and completely.
2. How to Request a Return
Before returning a product, please contact us at support@dongerdi.com and provide:
Your order number
The product you wish to return
The reason for the return
Photographs or video if the product is defective, damaged or incorrect
Your device model and original adapter specifications if the issue involves compatibility
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the applicable return address.
Do not send a product to an address shown on the shipping package without contacting us first. That address may belong to a carrier or fulfillment provider and may not be able to accept returns.
Unauthorized returns may be delayed, refused or returned to the sender.
3. Change-of-Mind Returns
You may request a return within the 30-day return period if you no longer want the product.
For a change-of-mind return:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable
The product must satisfy the return eligibility requirements
We recommend using a trackable shipping method
We are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged before they reach the designated return location.
4. Compatibility-Related Returns
Customers are responsible for checking the device model, voltage, wattage, connector size, connector shape and other compatibility information before ordering.
If the correct product was supplied but it is incompatible because the wrong model or specification was selected, the return will normally be treated as a change-of-mind return. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
If the compatibility information on our product page was materially incorrect, or we recommended an incorrect product after receiving accurate device information from you, we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.
5. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order after delivery. Contact us as soon as possible if the product is:
Defective
Damaged during shipping
Different from the product ordered
Missing an included component
For approved claims involving a defective, damaged or incorrect product, DONGERDI may provide:
A replacement;
A prepaid return label or reimbursement of reasonable return shipping costs; or
A full or partial refund, as appropriate.
We may ask you to provide photographs, video, product label information or basic troubleshooting details before approving the claim.
Please retain the product and its packaging until we confirm whether it must be returned.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to obtain a different product is to contact us before returning the original item.
If you ordered an incompatible model, we may help identify a more suitable replacement. Any price difference and applicable shipping costs will be communicated before the exchange is processed.
Replacement availability is not guaranteed.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Returns may be refused for:
Products returned more than 30 days after delivery, unless covered by warranty
Products damaged through misuse, modification, disassembly or improper installation
Products with missing major components or accessories
Products showing damage caused by an incompatible voltage, connector or device
Items marked as final sale or non-returnable before purchase
Gift cards or downloadable products, if offered
Products returned without authorization when authorization was reasonably required
This section does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
8. Return Shipping Costs
DONGERDI will normally cover reasonable return shipping costs when:
We shipped the wrong product
The product arrived damaged
The product is confirmed defective
The product was materially different from its website description
The customer will normally cover return shipping costs when:
The customer changed their mind
The wrong model or specification was ordered
The customer no longer needs the product
The delivery address provided by the customer was incorrect
No product defect or seller error is found
We will tell you who is responsible for return shipping when your return request is reviewed.
9. Refund Inspection
After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If the return does not meet this policy, we may:
Decline the refund;
Deduct a reasonable amount for missing components or customer-caused damage, where permitted by law; or
Return the product to you at your expense.
We will explain any deduction or refusal before completing the return process.
10. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
We generally process approved refunds within 5 business days after completing the return inspection. Your bank, credit-card issuer or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error, the product was defective, or applicable law requires otherwise.
We do not normally issue refunds through gift cards or store credit unless the customer expressly agrees.
11. Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be issued, where permitted by law, if:
The product is returned with missing accessories
The product has customer-caused damage
The product shows use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it
Only part of an order is returned
Another agreed resolution has been reached
Any deduction will be reasonably related to the reduction in the product’s value.
12. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received an approved refund:
Check the original payment account again.
Contact your bank or credit-card provider.
Allow the payment provider’s stated processing time.
Contact us at support@dongerdi.com if the refund still does not appear.
Please include your order number when contacting us.
13. Order Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.
We will attempt to cancel an order that has not entered processing or shipment, but cancellation is not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, it must be handled through the return process described in this policy.
If we cancel a paid order before shipment, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
14. Refused and Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned because it was refused, unclaimed or sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, any refund may exclude:
Original shipping costs
Return-to-sender charges
Other reasonable carrier fees
No deduction will be made where the delivery failure resulted from our error or the carrier’s confirmed mistake.
15. Twelve-Month Limited Warranty
DONGERDI products include a 12-month limited warranty beginning on the original delivery date, unless a different warranty period is stated on the product page.
The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal and intended use. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide troubleshooting assistance, a replacement or another appropriate remedy.
The warranty does not normally cover:
Accidental or cosmetic damage
Misuse, abuse or neglect
Unauthorized modification, opening or repair
Damage caused by incorrect voltage, polarity or connector use
Normal wear and tear
Damage to an incompatible device
Loss or theft
A warranty replacement does not automatically restart the original 12-month warranty period unless required by applicable law.
This warranty is in addition to any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We encourage you to contact us first if you experience a problem with an order. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve the issue.
This section does not prevent you from exercising any lawful rights available through your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
